什么是视频抽帧(大亭碎碎念)

抽帧是指在一段视频中，通过间隔一定帧抽取若干帧的方式，模拟每隔一段时间拍摄一张照片并接合起来形成视频的过程（即低速摄像）。

Frame extraction means that in a video, by extracting several frames at a certain interval, it simulates the process of taking a photo at regular intervals and combining it to form a video (low-speed photography).

每个视频在抽帧之前，都会先形成帧数。视频的帧数就是在1秒钟时间里传输的图片的量，也可以理解为图形处理器每秒钟能够刷新几次，通常用fps表示。

The more frames per second, the smoother the motion displayed, but the larger the file size. Wong Kar-wai's "Chongqing Forest" is a classic film that uses frame drawing techniques.

打开桌面Pr，新建项目，从本地将需剪辑的视频与音频素材拖入画面时间轴上，开始编辑。根据自己的编辑需求将需要删除的片段位置按m键标记，（标记位置错误可以同时按住shift+m来向右移动标记点或者同时按住ctrl+shift+m向左移动标记点），按照这种方式我们就可以对素材进行一个精确的定位。

Open the desktop Pr, create a new project, drag the video and audio material to be edited locally onto the screen timeline, and start editing. 接下来选择剃刀，在标记点处；利用剃刀分割，针对性的将素材的一定长度的帧进行波纹删除，将后面的片段拖拽至衔接位置，补全空白。如果删除一定长度的帧之后，画面变化不大，我们就应该将中间需删除的帧的长度延长。最后，重复上述操作即可，整个过程操作比较简单但是非常的耗费剪辑者的时间和精力，但效果非常惊艳，值得大家上手操作。
